Adult Diagnosed Group meets the first Saturday of every month from 10am to noon. This group is intended for those who were diagnosed with Autism as an adult, self-diagnosed or are exploring a diagnosis to meet others and share your experiences.

It is a peer support group, run by Autistic adults. It begins at 10 am, during the first hour we typically allow everyone the space to introduce themselves and say something they want to share or about a presented topic.
During the second hour we will often break into groups for smaller targeted conversations or continue talking as a group, depending on how everyone is feeling.
You are not required to say anything if you do not want to, we want you to feel comfortable and engage on your own terms.
The group is free and does not require registration, so join us when you are ready and able.
